Pack Refund Policy for Events:
Payment is required to hold your spot in any scheduled activity. If you are not able to attend a scheduled activity, a refund will only be available if someone else can fill your spot, or a refund is available from the venue.
Pack Refund Policy for Annual Dues:
Annual Dues are required for each scout who joins the program. As a large portion of this money goes to the Bay Area Council and to a Boy's Life subscription, refunds are only permitted if the funds have not been transferred to the Bay Area Council office AND with Pack 414 Committee approval.
