About Us

Cub Scout Pack 414 was founded in the summer of 1998 by Saul Pontifes, Debby Amick and Phil Amick and is chartered through Pearland Pediatrics.

We are an active, family-oriented unit of the BSA under the Northern Star District within the Bay Area Council. Our pack consists of dens which are divided by grade levels, kinder through 5th. We hold monthly Pack meetings at Rogers Middle School or Southwyk Park.

We have a lot of fun camping three to four times a year. We encourage the whole family to attend. We sponsor a Rocket Launch, Pinewood Derby, Blue and Gold Banquet, and Arrow of Light ceremony each year. We participate in District events such as Cub-O-Ree, Webelos Resident Camp and Twilight Camp. We also visit new places and do fun things during the summer.

Pack 414 is a strong supporter of Clean Pearland. We have adopted County Road 90 and areas around Silverlake Elementary.
