What will we be doing?

We will be camping at Bovay Scout Ranch, a premiere campground designed specifically for Cub Scouts

What date?

Sunday, August 3, 2008 - Tuesday, August 5, 2008

What time?

We will caravan as a Pack from Silverlake Elementary.  We will leave at 7:30am on Sunday to arrive at Camp Bovay by 9:00am.

How long will the event last?

This is a three-day, two-night  camping trip that will last until Tuesday mid-day.

What should we bring/What are the details?

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ONLINE - NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OTHER THAN WHAT BOVAY RETURNS TO THE PACK

Details:

Please note that the cost of this camp INCLUDES: Breakfast, Lunch,  and Dinner each day, all program equipment and a camping patch and T-Shirt!

All you need to bring is your Tent (optional - they provide basic tents - but plan on renting cots since they are on concrete slabs), Sleeping bag and personal stuff!  They will provide the rest!  Even Coffee in the morning for the adults!

NOTE:  THE CAMP ASKS THAT YOU DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN FOOD OR COOKING GEAR!!!  THIS ATTRACTS WILDLIFE TO THE TENTS.  ALL OTHER BSA RULES APPLY (NO WEAPONS/GUNS, ARCHERY, FIREWORKS, PETS, ETC.)  IF YOU BRING YOUR BIKE, YOU MUST HAVE AN APPROVED HELMET - THIS INCLUDES ADULTS.

How much does it cost?

• $95.00 per Scout and $80.00 per adult, payment required ONLINE PRIOR TO THE EVENT (DEADLINE WILL BE SET)
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OTHER THAN THE MONEY THAT IS RETURNED TO THE PACK BY BOVAY - IN OTHER WORDS, IF YOU CANCEL, YOU MUST CONTACT THE BOVAY CAMP DIRECTOR TO SEE IF THEY WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY
